These Terms & Conditions govern the OFFNIC Coffee World Cup Campaign (“Campaign”) organised by OFFNIC COFFEE (“OFFNIC”). By participating in the Campaign, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1.Campaign Period
1.1. The Campaign will run from 29 June 2026 to 20 July 2026 (“Campaign Period”).
1.2. All entries for the Campaign must be submitted no later than 20 July 2026 at 11:59 p.m.
(Malaysia time).
2.Eligibility
2.1. The Campaign is open to all individuals, including Malaysian citizens and non-Malaysian
residents, aged 18 years and above.
2.2. Employees of OFFNIC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and
their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Campaign.
3.How to Participate
3.1. To participate, participants must make a minimum purchase of RM20 in a single receipt during
the Campaign Period at either:
(a) OFFNIC Petaling Street; or
(b) OFFNIC Puchong.
3.2. For each eligible receipt, participants must complete the official entry form and drop it into the
designated OFFNIC Lucky Draw Box before the end of the Campaign Period.
3.3. One (1) eligible receipt entitles the participant to one (1) entry only. Multiple entries are
permitted provided that each entry is supported by a separate eligible receipt.
3.4. Any duplicate, incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, or tampered entries will be disqualified.
4.Prize Draw and Winner
4.1. Winners will be selected by a random draw on 24 July 2026, and the draw will be announced
via an Instagram post on OFFNIC’s official Instagram account.
4.2. Each participant is eligible to win one (1) prize only. If a participant’s name is drawn more than
once, OFFNIC reserves the right to disregard the subsequent draw(s) and select an alternate
winner.
4.3. Winners will be contacted via WhatsApp and/or email using the contact details provided in the
entry form. Winners of jersey prizes will be required to provide their preferred clothing size.
5.Prize Collection and Delivery
5.1. Winners must collect their prize at OFFNIC Petaling Street within the timeframe specified by
OFFNIC.
5.2. Winners who reside outside Malaysia at the time of prize announcement may be required to
provide a valid shipping address for delivery of the prize. OFFNIC will bear reasonable
shipping costs. However, if shipment is not possible due to customs restrictions, delivery
limitations, or other force majeure events, OFFNIC reserves the right to select an alternate
winner.
5.3. If a winner does not respond to OFFNIC’s notification within seven (7) days from the date of
first contact, OFFNIC reserves the right to forfeit the prize and select a replacement winner.
5.4. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash or other items.
5.5. OFFNIC reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value
without prior notice.
6.General Terms
6.1. OFFNIC reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and participants’ eligibility at any time.
6.2. Participants found or suspected to be engaging in fraud, cheating, tampering or abuse of the
Campaign process may be disqualified at OFFNIC’s sole discretion.
6.3. Failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions may result in disqualification.
6.4. By participating in the Campaign, participants consent to OFFNIC using their name,
photographs, and/or other materials for promotional, marketing, and publicity purposes related
to the Campaign without additional compensation.
6.5. OFFNIC reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the Campaign or these Terms &
Conditions at anytime without prior notice.
6.6. OFFNIC’s decision on all matters relating to the Campaign including eligibility, prize awards
and winner selection shall be final and binding.
6.7. These Terms & Conditions are subject to OFFNIC's Privacy Policy, which is available on our

7. Governing Law
7.1. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
