OFFNIC COFFEE Gift Voucher 

  1. These terms and conditions govern the use of the OFFNIC COFFEE gift vouchers (“Gift Voucher”). 
  2. The Gift Vouchers can only be used in-person at any OFFNIC COFFEE’s physical store(s). It is not valid for use on any online platform. 
  3. The Gift Voucher is issued as a physical card. 
  4. Your redemption or attempted redemption of the Gift Voucher constitutes your acceptance to be bound by these terms and conditions. 

Purchase 

  1. The Gift Voucher can be purchased in-store using cash, credit card, debit card, or any other payment methods approved by OFFNIC COFFEE. 
  2. The Gift Voucher is a pre-payment for goods at OFFNIC COFFEE’s physical store(s). It is not a credit facility, deposit account, or transferable instrument. No interest, dividends, or other earnings will accrue on its balance. 
  3. The Gift Voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, either in whole or in part. 

 Redemption 

  1. The Gift Voucher is valid for THREE (3) MONTHS from the date of purchase ("Redemption Period"). 
  2. The Gift Voucher may be used to offset the total amount of a single purchase transaction and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, offers or discounts in OFFNIC COFFEE. 
  3. If the total amount of a transaction exceeds the available balance on the Gift Card, the difference must be paid using any other payment methods approved by OFFNIC COFFEE. 

Cancellation, Refunds & Expiry 

  1. Once purchased, the Gift Voucher cannot be refunded, cancelled, or transferred to another individual. 
  2. There will strictly be no extension of the Redemption Period, and any unused balance left on the Gift Voucher after the Redemption Period will be forfeited. 

Lost or Stolen Vouchers 

  1. OFFNIC COFFEE is not responsible and will not replace or reimburse the value of the Gift Voucher if it is lost, stolen, damaged. The bearer of the Gift Voucher will be taken to be the owner of the Gift Voucher in these circumstances and a replacement will not be provided.

 Reservation of Rights 

  1. OFFNIC COFFEE reserves the right to vary, amend or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice at its sole discretion.  
  2. OFFNIC COFFEE reserves the right to refuse or limit the use of any Gift Voucher which we deem to be tampered with, duplicated, suspected of being affected by fraud of where the use of the Gift Voucher is contrary to any of these terms and conditions. 

 Limitation of Liability 

  1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, OFFNIC COFFEE is not liable for any loss or damages arising from or in connection with the purchase or use of the Gift Voucher, including but not limited to direct, indirect, or consequential losses.

Governing Law 

  1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
