Introduction

This Personal Data Protection Notice (“Notice”) describes how OFFNIC COFFEE (“OFFNIC,” “we,” “us,” or “our,”) processes your data from the point of collection, use, sharing, disposal and the security measures that we establish to ensure your personal data is well protected. OFFNIC is committed to ensuring that your personal data is handled in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Act 709).

We collect your personal data during your course of dealings with OFFNIC which includes, but is not limited to, your name, home address, email address, contact number, nationality, date of birth, age and gender (“Personal Data”).

Source of Personal Data Collection

Your Personal Data may be collected directly from you through the following means:

i. when you sign up to purchase our products or services or register your interest to obtain information, services or updates on our products or services;

ii. through the use of our website or social networking sites and cookies;

iii. when you participate in our promotions, contests, marketing events or respond to surveys or questionnaires; and

iv. pursuant to any transaction or inquiry or communication made with or to us.

Reason for Personal Data Collection

We collect your Personal Data to communicate to you about our stores, existing and new products, updates, promotions and marketing materials and any other relevant purposes that you may be notified by us from time to time. We may also process your Personal Data for various other purposes, including but not limited to:

i. process and fulfil your purchase orders of our products and services;

Where we process your Personal Data for marketing purposes, you have the right to object at any time to such processing. If you object to processing for marketing purposes, we will no longer process your Personal Data for such purposes.
